Parking available for one small/medium car. 10 minutes walk into town. Second car must be parked on the lower street (down the hill). Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The lounge and dining room open onto a patio set beneath a beautiful big gum tree and tropical gardens; a comfortable and private creative space. A quiet sanctuary, yet close to world class restaurants and beaches. All linen and towels provided. We also provide eco friendly shower products and a selection of organic teas and coffee. The Bungalow is pet friendly with prior consent. Please let us know if you’re traveling with your pet. Please provide its age and breed. We accept well behaved dogs, however, we do need to make sure they're suitable for the property before accepting your reservation. The yard is not fenced and we ask that pets do not go on the beds or furniture and that all poo is picked up on departure. Please note: This property is not suitable for loud noise/music or partying. The Bungalow has a strict noise curfew between 9.00pm and 8.00am and is registered with Quiet Hotline. Noise or other behaviour that disturbs neighbours can result in a security response service. The call out fee can be deducted from you Bond and repeated complaints may result in immediate eviction.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm. No parties, events or group celebrations without prior written approval. Only registered guests may stay at the property. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome at selected properties with prior approval. Retreats, commercial photography, filming and photoshoots must be discussed and approved prior to booking and may incur an additional fee. Please leave the home tidy on departure, place rubbish in the bins and report any damage or breakages.

The apartment is private and has its own entrance via the driveway. Please be mindful of our Airbnb guests upstairs. If we can't greet you on site, we will leave a key for you in the lockbox. The apartment is located on a steep hill. It may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. If you have a spoiler or lowered car it may be best to park on the street below (due to the steep incline of the road).
