Set opposite the Byron Bay Golf Course and within walking distance to the Crystalbrook (Byron at Byron) restaurant and poolside tapas bar, Tahi offers a rare balance of seclusion and convenience. Spend mornings exploring the lighthouse, beach hopping or wandering through town for coffee and boutique shopping, then return home to relax by the pool. The property is thoughtfully designed to bring people together while allowing space for privacy. The villa and suites sit under one roof but have separate entrances, creating the perfect balance between connection and independence. A spacious two-bedroom villa features a full kitchen, comfortable living area with fireplace, and two bathrooms - one with a large bath. Three additional king studios each include a private entrance, living area and kitchenette, offering comfort and flexibility for guests to come and go as they please. At the heart of the property is a generous communal living and dining area with a full kitchen that opens onto a wide outdoor deck. This shared space flows onto the grassy pool area framed by palms and rainforest, perfect for long lunches, gatherings or quiet afternoons by the water. Every detail at Tahi has been considered. Guests are welcomed with locally blended organic Mayde Tea, Byron Bay organic Caldera Coffee, and Leif botanical body products. Beds feature Cultiver linen with professionally laundered sheets and towels for a hotel quality experience with the warmth of home. King beds in Studio 2 and Studio 3 can be split into singles with 48 hours notice to suit your group’s needs. A portable cot, highchair and a basket of kids’ toys and books are also available on request. Tahi Byron Bay sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably (4 kings, 1 queen) and welcomes families, couples travelling together and small retreat groups. We can accommodate up to 14. Please note, there is an additional charge for the use of the sofa beds. Please enquire at the time of booking. The open, tranquil setting makes it an ideal space for yoga, meditation and wellness retreats, as well as team bonding trips. Designed with rest and connection in mind, it’s a place where everyone can find space for themselves, yet still feel close. Pets are welcome on approval, with a nearby dog friendly beach and local dog wash making it easy for the whole family to enjoy Byron together. The property also offers off street parking for up to 6 cars, ensuring plenty of space for guests. A local bus stop is just 250m away, with a dedicated bike path leading directly into town. Ubers are readily available, and bicycles or ebikes can be hired from local businesses with delivery and collection included for your convenience. Enquiries are welcome for commercial photoshoots and small scale creative projects.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm. No parties, events or group celebrations without prior written approval. Only registered guests may stay at the property. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome at selected properties with prior approval. Retreats, commercial photography, filming and photoshoots must be discussed and approved prior to booking and may incur an additional fee. Please leave the home tidy on departure, place rubbish in the bins and report any damage or breakages.
