With three bedrooms (king + two queens), one bathroom and ample space for families or friends travelling together (pets included on request), Pink Moon offers both convenience and a serene escape, ideal for a laid-back beach holiday in Byron. Air conditioning keeps the living space cool in summer, and a wood burning fireplace will keep you toasty on wintery nights. There is a fully equipped kitchen with condiments, gas cook top, dishwasher and a selection of organic teas and coffee. The bathroom is modern and stylish with floor to ceiling tiles, shower over bath and laundry facilities. Outside, lush tropical gardens surround a grassy lawn and veranda - the perfect spot for sunset drinks, BBQ dinners, or lazy afternoons. We supply all eco friendly shower products, fresh white bath towels, beach towels and high quality linen. We welcome families with babies and children. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm. No parties, events or group celebrations without prior written approval. Only registered guests may stay at the property. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome at selected properties with prior approval. Retreats, commercial photography, filming and photoshoots must be discussed and approved prior to booking and may incur an additional fee. Please leave the home tidy on departure, place rubbish in the bins and report any damage or breakages.

The bungalow has its own private entrance with a fully enclosed fence and off street parking. We ask all guests to be mindful of neighbours if coming home late at night. **PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens parties. We do not accept groups who intend to make loud noise or party. The bungalow is more suited to families or friends wanting to relax and recharge. The king bed can be split to singles on request. Fees may apply for requests within 7 days of arrival. Additional cleaning fees apply to stays of 21 nights or more. Mid stay cleans are compulsory but will be organised at a mutually agreeable time.
