Only registered guests may stay at the property. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome at selected properties with prior approval. Retreats, commercial photography, filming and photoshoots must be discussed and approved prior to booking and may incur an additional fee. Please leave the home tidy on departure, place rubbish in the bins and report any damage or breakages.

Access to the studio is through your own private entry which is coded for your security. There is plenty of on street parking out the front of the house. Access to pool area & sun beds is available.
