Beaumonts Beach House is located right on the beautiful Belongil Beach. Belongil Beach is perfect for swimming, surfing and is also dog friendly. The property has a total of four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One king master (with ensuite, walk in robe and a desk), two queen bedrooms (one with ocean views), and one twin bedroom. Spacious gourmet kitchen, with a large gas cooktop and oven. The dining and living room have wonderful ocean views - watch the surfer's out the front whilst having your morning cuppa! Beaumonts Beach House opens out onto a relaxed outdoor living area; the perfect spot to read a book in the morning sun, practice yoga, BBQ, or have a sunset drink before dining at one of Byron Bay's iconic restaurants. We supply all linen, bath/beach towels, organic tea/coffee and eco friendly shower products. We also have NBN Wifi. The house is dog friendly, however, the yard isn't fully fenced. The upstairs apartment can also be rented by your group or another Airbnb group (sleeps up to 4 guests). Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm. No parties, events or group celebrations without prior written approval. Only registered guests may stay at the property. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome at selected properties with prior approval. Retreats, commercial photography, filming and photoshoots must be discussed and approved prior to booking and may incur an additional fee. Please leave the home tidy on departure, place rubbish in the bins and report any damage or breakages.

Guests have access to the whole lower level of the property and the large lawn area out from the kitchen and dining room. The other side of the yard is for the apartment/upstairs guests.
