Bay Vista Retreat is a tastefully designed home with a breathtaking floor to ceiling hand carved fireplace, spacious dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The retreat opens out onto a relaxed outdoor living space; the perfect spot to read a book in the morning sun, practice yoga, BBQ, or have a sunset drink before dining at one of Byron Bay's iconic restaurants. Bay Vista Retreat has a spacious kitchen, perfect for entertaining and catering. The gourmet kitchen features a gas cook top, two ovens and filtered drinking water. We also provide our guests with condiments and organic tea and coffee. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests, however, we can accommodate 12 with the addition of 2 single trundle beds (fees apply). There are 4 bedrooms serviced by two bathrooms (one with bath tub) and a master room with ensuite. This magnificent property is set on 115 acres. We invite our guests to take the opportunity to stroll through the sprawling gardens. Guests will discover numerous ponds abundant with wildlife, a giant chess board and some uniquely hand crafted sculptures and stone work, built from scratch by locally commissioned artists. There is aircon and ceiling fans throughout the house. Wifi is provided and there is also laundry facilities. We provide our guests with firewood throughout their stay and all linen and towels are provided including eco friendly shower products. Our home is situated in a uniquely eco sensitive environment, and home to many vulnerable and endangered species. Pets are strictly prohibited. Sorry we do not accept bucks/hens parties or schoolies groups. Please note - a commercial retreat fee applies. Please reach out directly to discuss.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm. No parties, events or group celebrations without prior written approval. Only registered guests may stay at the property. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome at selected properties with prior approval. Retreats, commercial photography, filming and photoshoots must be discussed and approved prior to booking and may incur an additional fee. Please leave the home tidy on departure, place rubbish in the bins and report any damage or breakages.

Please note this is a shared property. The small house (where the hosts live) and Bay Vista Retreat are positioned in a way that creates complete privacy. However, we do ask guests to be mindful of noise and our neighbours.
